Clear steps. Shared decisions.

A good project starts with a good conversation.

You bring the knowledge of your business. We turn it into a practical plan, a considered design and a website or system you can review as it takes shape.

Let’s talk about your project

Discover

Agree the goal, scope, responsibilities and practical requirements.

Create

Review the structure, design and working experience together.

Launch & support

Complete the agreed checks and plan the next stage of care.

Understand before we build.

We begin with your services, customers and the problem you want to solve. For a website, that means the pages and actions that matter. For CRM, it means the workflow, roles and information involved. We ask about existing tools, content, access and any deadlines. Those answers become a written scope with responsibilities, costs and the decisions needed to move forward.

Design, review and refine.

Once the direction is agreed, we develop the structure and visual approach. You review the important pages or workflows and provide consolidated feedback at the agreed stages. We explain what a change affects so you can make an informed decision. If a new requirement sits outside the original scope, we discuss its cost and timing before adding it.

Check the work and make the handover useful.

Before launch, we review the agreed content, responsive layouts, forms and relevant settings. A CRM rollout also needs realistic workflow checks and guidance for the people using it. We plan the domain or hosting change where required and clarify ongoing support. The handover should leave you knowing what you have, how to use it and where to ask for help.

Useful to know

Questions, answered.

Timing depends on scope, access, content and review stages. We agree a realistic programme after discovery, rather than promising the same deadline for every build.

Usually an understanding of your services, brand assets, relevant access and somebody who can review content and make decisions.
